ては明らかでない。 When printing using a conventional screen printing plate, the outermost side of the printed pattern that intersects with the direction of movement of the scouge is printed on a substrate such as plywood through the paint passage at the end of the plate, which is the starting point of the scouge. The drawback was that only the edges were wavy. However, it is not clear why such defects occur.

するものである。 This idea forms an extra paint passage part at the end of the screen printing plate, which is the starting point for the movement of the scouge, and forms an extra paint film with wavy side edges on the substrate through this extra paint passage part. It is an object of the present invention to provide a screen printing plate which can eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks by cutting off the portion having the paint film after drying or by performing actual processing.

The screen printing plate 1 is a known gauze made of silk, nylon, etc., on which a coating film part constituting the paint non-passage part 4 is attached.

る。 The outermost edge 3a of the paint passage section 3 along the moving direction A of the scouge (not shown) is moved inward by a set amount than the outermost edge of the designed pattern. The reason for this is that when the outermost edges 3a of the paint passing portions 3 are made equal to those of the design pattern, the outermost edges parallel to the moving direction A of the scourge of the printed pattern printed on the printing material through the paint passing portions 3. This is to prevent such a phenomenon, since the printed pattern is not the same as that of the designed pattern, and bulges out slightly, and to make it possible to obtain a printed pattern that matches the designed pattern.

The reason is that the side edge 3 of the paint passage section 3
When b and 3b are made equal to those of the design pattern,
This phenomenon can be prevented because the side edges of the printed pattern printed on the printing material through the paint passing portion 3, which intersect with the direction of movement A of the scouge, are slightly biased in the direction of movement of the scourge compared to those of the designed pattern. This is to prevent this and make it possible to obtain a printed pattern as designed.

ある。 After that, the screen printing plate 1 is placed so that even the excess paint passing portion 5 overlaps the top surface of the printing material.
Overlap. Next, paint is replenished onto the upper surface of the screen printing plate 1, and after the scouge is positioned at the end on the side of the extra paint passage section 5, the scouge is moved along the moving direction A to perform printing. With this printing method, the outer edge of the paint film printed on the substrate through the extra paint passage section 5 is made to be in a wavy state, and the outer edge of the paint film printed on the substrate through the paint passage section 3 for forming the original pattern is made wavy. This makes it possible to prevent abnormalities from appearing in printed patterns.

By utilizing this, it is possible to prevent the outer edge of the original printed pattern from becoming wavy near the starting point of movement of the scourge.
