Claims (1)
- 流体の圧力の加わる蓄圧室と、この圧力が一定
値を越えた場合に前記作業室内の流体を逃がす逃
し孔と、前記逃し孔の蓄圧室側開口を流体の圧力
が一定値になるまで閉鎖する弁体とを具えて成り
、前記弁体は、ダイヤフラム状の受圧弁体とこの
受圧弁体に取り付けられ常時逃し孔側と連通する
弁座に圧着する弁本体とを具え、且つこの弁本体
と弁座とはその周囲２か所以上において接してい
ることを特徴とする安全弁。
