Claims (1)
- 下端面に回転側ロータリトランスが固設された
フランジが上下１対のベアリングが装着された回
転軸に固設されてなるユニツトベアリング部と、
中心に前記１対のベアリングをそれぞれ支承固設
する上下１対の軸受部が形成されかつ前記回転側
ロータリトランスと対向する位置に固定側ロータ
リトランスが固設されてなる下部シリンダ部とを
具備したシリンダ装置において、前記下部シリン
ダ部に形成された軸受部のうち下部の軸受部の内
周面に、前記ベアリングの外周面を当接嵌合させ
る微小面積の密着部と、このベアリングの外周面
との間にこのベアリングを接着固定するための接
着剤を収容する接着層形成部とを設けたことを特
徴とするシリンダ装置。
