前記区間が連続するようにしてメモリ手段から読
出す場合において、記録時の音声信号のピツチを
保つて音声信号の時間軸圧縮を行なうとともに、
記録媒体移送速度制御手段により記録媒体移送速
度を通常再生の移送速度よりも高速で、かつ、２
倍以下の移送速度になるように制御し、再生時の
記録媒体移送速度に対応したキヤプスタンの回転
速度検出手段により得る記録媒体移送速度に関連
する信号と、前記の書き込みクロツク信号に関連
する信号とを比較し、前記書き込みクロツク信号
の周波数を制御するようにしたことを特徴とする
