Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1. Consisting of a corrugated plate in which convex portions and concave portions are arranged alternately, guides are erected to guide the hair strands to both ends of at least the first convex portion and prevent them from falling off. A permanent web device comprising: a wave plate having pores formed at the bottom of the recess for allowing a chemical solution to pass therethrough; and a rod loosely fitted into the recess. 2. The device according to claim 1, wherein the wave plate is made of a flexible material, and the side wall of the recess is close to or in contact with the opening end. 3. The device according to claim 1, wherein the rod is slightly longer than the width of the wave plate and has necks at both ends.
