装置において、前記チヤツクのうち少なくとも一
のチヤツクであつて、回動軸を中心として回動可
能な可動チヤツクと、前記可動チヤツクを他のチ
ヤツクに対して開方向に作用させるように、前記
可動チヤツクに付設されたスプリングと、前記ス
プリングによつて開方向にある前記可動チヤツク
を強制的に閉方向に作用させるピンを有する移動
可能なプレートと、前記プレートによつて移動が
阻止されるラツクギヤと、前記ラツクギヤの回動
に伴つて移動し、前記可動チヤツクの後端部と係
合するストツパと、前記ストツパに付設され、ス
トツパを可動チヤツクとの係合方向に力を作用さ
せるスプリングとを備えたことを特徴とする把持
