１はヒートパイプ式熱交換器、２は蒸発器の上
部管寄せ管、４は凝縮器の上部管寄せ管、６はウ
イツク、８は蒸発管、１０は蒸発器、１１は凝縮
器、１３は凝縮液流通管、１４は固定金具、１５
はボイラ、１６は湿式脱流装置、１７は乾式脱硫
装置、１８は電気集じん器、１９は高温ガス流、
２０は低温ガス流を示す。
