の間に挾み込んだ多数本の出口パイプと、冷凍装
置から冷媒が循環供給される冷媒パイプとを備え
てなり、前記冷媒パイプを前記冷却パイプの間に
挾み込んで両者を熱的に結合すると共に、前記入
口パイプと出口パイプとを熱的に結合し、前記入
口パイプ、出口パイプ、冷却パイプ及び冷媒パイ
プの内部にそれぞれ螺旋状に形成された帯状のタ
ーブレンスプロモータを挿入固定したことを特徴
