る。 When a person walks or runs slowly,
The sole of the foot tilts slightly outward, and the foot lands on the heel first, and the weight of the foot is transferred to the outside of the non-touching area, to the outside of the treading area, and to the inside of the treading area in this order. At that time, if you look only at the heel, the outside of the heel receives pressure first, and the reaction causes the weight to shift past the center of the heel to the inside of the heel, causing so-called overpronation, which can cause ankle and knee injuries. Become.

The purpose of preventing overpronation is achieved by differentiating the absorbability of received pressure between the inside and outside.

Fig. 1 is a top view, and Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A of the heel, in which an elastic outer sole 1 made of rubber or the like and an elastic sole 2 made of sponge are integrally molded. In the heel part, the circumferential thickness tU・tI of the outer sole periphery 3U of the outer heel part U and the outer sole periphery 3I of the inner part I
is obtained by making tU (<tI) thinner toward the outer U.

Since the outer U is narrower (tU<tI), it absorbs the shock. When the weight is shifted so that the heel returns horizontal to the center line, the edge of the heel becomes gradually thicker from the outer U to the inner I, which eliminates cushioning properties and prevents overpronation. Since the U-shaped peripheral edge is formed on the outside of the heel, the effect can be obtained continuously as the weight shifts. In addition, the peripheral edge is integrated with the outer sole, so there is no variation in effectiveness. Easy to manufacture. The toe guard 5 and back guard 4 are integrated with the sole 1, so the holding of the shoe body and the sole 1 is good.
