- キヤツプに素子を組込んだチツプキヤリアを嵌
合する溝と、上記チツプキヤリアと電気的に接続
する電極パターンを側面と底面に設け、接着剤に
より上記チツプキヤリアと上記キヤツプを接着し
たことを特徴とするチツプ部品。
