    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 加熱室側壁２に導波管４を結合し、電波給電口
    ３を加熱室側壁２に設け、この電波給電口３の設
    けられた加熱室側壁２とほぼ平行に高周波損失の
    少ない誘電体製の隔離板６を設け、加熱室側壁２
    と隔離板６間にスターラフアン収納空間８を設け
    、この隔離板６上にスターラフアン７を設けた高
    周波加熱装置において、スターラフアン７の回転
    軸１５と電波給電口３の中心とが同一線上になる
    ようにしたことを特徴とする高周波加熱装置。
