Incidentally, in recent years, a radiation image recording and reproducing system that obtains a radiographic image of a subject using a storage phosphor (stimulable phosphor) has been developed and is rapidly becoming popular, especially in the medical field as mentioned above. . Here, the storage phosphor refers to radiation (X
rays, α rays, β rays, γ rays, electron beams, ultraviolet rays, etc.), some of this radiation energy is accumulated, and later when excitation light such as visible light is irradiated, the energy is A phosphor that emits photostimulable light.

Here, in order to record an image on a recording material, an image recording device, for example, an image output laser printer device is employed. This device stores photosensitive sheet film, which is a recording material, through a magazine, etc., and takes out the film one by one using a sheet-fed mechanism that uses suction power, etc., and then extracts the film obtained from the stimulable phosphor sheet. A predetermined image is recorded by irradiating the film with laser light based on the electrical signal. The film on which the radiation image has been drawn using laser light is transported to an automatic developing device, where it is exposed to light through a developing process, and then accumulated at a predetermined location and used directly for medical diagnosis or for that diagnosis. It will be stored.

Incidentally, in the image output laser printer device, like the conventional X-ray imaging device described above, when loading the film into the device, the film must not be exposed to external light, but in order to improve workability, it is necessary to There has been a strong desire to load film indoors, and various bright room loading methods have been proposed to make this possible. As an example, a package in which a sheet film is enclosed in a light-shielding bag is stored in a magazine, both ends of the light-shielding bag are exposed from the magazine, and one of the ends is cut off with a cutter or the like. There is something. In this case, the light-shielding bag is removed from the other uncut end side, and the film itself remains in the magazine.

However, when the light-shielding bag is removed from the magazine, there is a risk that light may enter through the opening of the light-shielding bag or the gap in the magazine and the film may be exposed to external light. Careful handling is required. In addition, a dedicated magazine is required, and it is necessary to prevent the magazine from being damaged when removing the light-shielding bag, and as a result, it is necessary to ensure the required strength of the magazine itself, so it is necessary to reduce the weight of the magazine and manufacture it. There are certain limits to cost reduction.

On the other hand, a cutting mechanism for cutting one end of the light-shielding bag and a light-shielding bag removal mechanism for taking out the film from the light-shielding bag after cutting are installed in the device, and a suitable film can be loaded by operating inside the light-tight device. Although it is conceivable to construct the device so as to obtain the state, in this case, the mechanism becomes extremely complicated and large-scale.

In addition, as another example, a light-shielding bag has been devised in which one end is opened in advance and simply folded, but in this case, the light-shielding bag is accidentally opened before the package is stored in the magazine. There is a risk that it will be damaged and cannot actually be used.

The present invention has been made to overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages, and after inserting an openable and closable box-shaped package containing a sheet film in a light-shielded state into a light-shielded casing, the By opening the body and making it possible to feed the film inside the package to the image recording unit, the package itself has the function of a magazine, eliminating the need for a dedicated magazine and eliminating the need for a dedicated magazine. The use of light-tight bags and special magazines is avoided, and as a result, problems such as light penetration when using light-tight bags and the complexity of the mechanism for opening the light-tight bags and taking out the film are eliminated. To provide a sheet film packaging body and a loading device which can easily and reliably load a film in a state in which the film is loaded, has a relatively simple structure, is lightweight, and is inexpensive.

First, if the front A side of the package 10 containing the sheet film is attached with an adhesive tape, the adhesive tape is removed and the package 10 is fixed as shown in FIG. 7a.
is inserted into the casing 36 from the front A side through the opening 38. At that time, the light shielding plate 5 that was blocking the opening 38
4.56 is pushed toward the guide member 28 by the package 10, and as a result, the spring 62.64 (see FIG. 4)
As the arm 58.60 contracts, the arm 58.60 is displaced in its longitudinal direction, the light shielding plate 54.56 is opened, and the package 10 is inserted into the guide member 28 side. Then, the package 10 slides on the guide member 28, and the back side B of the package IO separates from the light shielding plate 54, 56, and as a result, the spring 62
.. 64, the light-shielding plates 54, 56 are closed, and the casing 36 becomes light-tight. Furthermore, the package 10 that has slid on the guide member 2B comes into contact with the locking portions 48a to 48d (see FIG. 5) and is locked (see FIG. 7). In this case, the claw portions 84 and 86 of the opening/closing means 34 are close to the lower part of the front A side of the upper box 12.

Next, the ejection member 3 is moved by the ejection member driving device (not shown).
0 to the opening 38 side. This displacement causes the locking plate 52 to push the package 10 toward the third opening side. At that time, the back side B side of the package 10 presses the light shielding plates 54 and 56,
Accordingly, the springs 62, 64 (see FIG. 4) are expanded, the light shielding plates 54, 56 are opened, and the package 10 is discharged to the outside of the opening 38 (see FIG. 7C). That is, the ejecting member 30 and the ejecting member driving device correspond to ejecting means for ejecting the package 10 inserted into the casing 36. Then, by pulling out the package 10, the film loading operation is completed.

Note that when opening the package 10 as shown in FIG. The body 10 is connected to the locking parts 48a to 48d.
(Refer to Figure 4) The rotary drive device is configured to start the rotary drive device by detecting contact with the rotary drive device using a Mitsut switch or an optical switch, and using a detection signal from the switch. You can also do it. In this case, since the package 10 is automatically opened following insertion of the package 10 through the opening 38, the operation is even simpler and preferred. Further, by detecting the completion state of opening of the package 10 by the opening/closing means 34 using a limit switch or the like, and introducing the detection signal to the single-fed mechanism including the suction device 90, the package 10 can be opened. It will be readily appreciated that the film feeding process following opening could be automatically initiated.

Furthermore, after all the films in the package 10 are fed by the operation of the suction device 90, even if the suction device 90 operates, the film will not be supplied to the next device. Therefore, a sensor is provided on the film transport path to detect the passage of the film, and a signal from this sensor is used to detect the completion of film feeding, and by using the detection signal, the suction device 90 is returned to its original position. The package 1 is opened and closed by the opening/closing means 34 after returning and stopping the operation of the suction device 90.
It is also possible to configure the system to automatically perform the 0 blockage.

That is, as described above, the package 10 is removed from the opening 38.
It is possible to configure the system so that all the operations following the insertion operation are automatically and continuously executed. In this case, the operator can simply peel off the adhesive tape stuck to the front A side of the package 10. The loading of the film is completed by simply inserting the package 10 into the package receiving mechanism 26 through the opening 38.

Note that even if the film in the package 10 is not completely finished and you want to use a film of another size, the film inside is shielded from light by performing the above-mentioned ejecting operation of the package 10. Since it is possible to take out the package 10 from inside the casing 22 while the package 10 is still in use, even if there is any film left inside the package 10, the remaining film can be freely replaced with another type of film midway through without wasting the remaining film. I can do it.

A packaging body 98 shown in FIG.
00 is adopted, and the part on the back B side of the box 100 is fixed to the lower box 14. In this case, since the portion of the upper box 100 that is displaced when the package 98 is opened is relatively small, the opening/closing plate 8 constituting the opening/closing means 34 correspondingly becomes relatively small.
0 and 82 are shorter, and because less space is required to open the package 98, the package receiving mechanism 26 can be made smaller.

According to the present invention, as described above, it is possible to use low-cost members as materials for the packaging body that houses the film,
For this reason, the packaging itself is inexpensive, and since the packaging provides suitable light-shielding and moisture-proof conditions, it is also suitable for storing films.Furthermore, the packaging is box-shaped and can be opened and closed, allowing it to function as a magazine. This makes it easy to take out the film inside the package inside the light-shielded casing, which eliminates the problems of conventional methods such as light intrusion and the complexity of the mechanism when using a light-shielding bag and a special magazine. In addition, the film loading operation can be easily automated, and as a result, the film loading operation can be simplified.
