たパーキングブレーキの解除装置において、ソレ
ノイドを作動せしめるべく閉回路を構成するソレ
ノイド制御回路中に、オートマチツク車のシフト
レバーが少なくともニユートラルポジシヨン若し
くはパーキングポジシヨン以外のポジシヨンにあ
る場合にのみＯＮ作動するシフト部スイツチと、
パーキングブレーキの掛止作動時にのみＯＮ作動
するソレノイド解除スイツチと、アクセルペダル
の踏込みによりＯＮ作動するアクセルスイツチを
夫々直列接続せしめ、アクセルペダルの踏込みに
よりパーキングブレーキを解除せしめる様にした
ことを特徴とするオートマチツク車におけるパー
