に設定しがたく、そのため検出できない場合が
ある等の欠点があつた。

がカウンターカバー2の左右外面に近接して嵌
合するようにその内のり幅を設定して形成され
ている。また該カバー5における下端の左右両
隅部には後面が開放された切欠部8,9が形成
されており、下壁5bが上下方向に弾性を有す
るようになつている。上下壁5a,5bの内面
には補強リブ10が、また左右壁5c,5dの
内面にはストツパー11が夫々前後方向に対し
て形成されている。投光素子6と受光素子7は
ホルダー12によりカバー5に内蔵されてお
り、その投光線が文字車3の反射指標3a上で
反射して受光素子7に入射するように、その取
付位置と傾斜角度が設定されている。また該投
受光素子6,7は文字車3の回転方向に配置さ
れており、検出器4の位置がずれた場合でも検
出できるようになつている。13は輝度調整器
で、投受光素子6,7の性能のバラツキにより
検出不能となつた場合に、これを調整して均一
な性能の検出器4とするものである。前記投受
光素子6,7及び輝度調整器13は第5図に示
すように配線され、コード14を通じてパルス
計数器(図示せず)に連結するようになつてい
る。

は、常に一定の位置に検出器4を設定でき、その
取付位置がずれて、検出不可能となることがな
い。又、カバー5の下端の左右両隅部に切欠部
8,9を設けたから、カバー5の弾性が増し、塗
装仕上後のガスメータ1に検定装置を装着しても
塗膜にキズをつけないなどガスメータの検定装置
として極めて有効なものである。
