Claims (1)
- ターボ圧縮機等に接続された吐出管内へ吐出さ
れた吐出気体のサージング現象を検出するサージ
ング検出装置において、上記吐出管に設けられ、
サージング時に生ずる吐出気体の逆流現象を検知
する逆流検知手段と、該検知手段が、所定の時間
内に設定数以上の逆流現象を検知したことを応答
してサージング検出信号を出力する信号出力部と
を備えたことを特徴とするターボ圧縮機等のサー
ジング検出装置。
