Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A rotating disk 32 is fitted on the axis 31 having the rotating center which orthogonally intersects with the travel face of the magnetic tape 22 approximately in the center of the width of the magnetic tape 22, and rotates the direction of an arrow C.
