せて前記案内筒に一体的に嵌装して成り、前記カ
ツプリングの下部をケーブル接続点に設けたバル
ブの台金に螺合接続すると共に前記バルブと案内
筒の下部間を密封し、前記接手本体を回転して前
記案内筒内を下降させることにより、前記ノズル
が前記バルブを開いてケーブル内のガスがノズル
から通気孔を通りガス取出口からガス圧力測定器
に供給されるようにしたことを特徴とする通信ケ
