と、 第１の伝送回線Ａから受信されるフアクシミリ
情報をフアクシミリ処理するフアクシミリ処理手
段１７と、 前記フアクシミリ処理手段１７及び第１の伝送
回線Ａの接続、前記発呼手段１０及び第２の伝送
回線Ｂの接続、第１の伝送回線Ａ及び第２の伝送
回線Ｂの接続を切替える切替手段１３，１４と、 前記転送判定手段５の判定結果に基づき前記切
替え手段１３，１４及び前記発呼手段１０を制御
する制御手段４とを設け、 前記転送判定手段５により転送すると判定され
た場合には、前記制御手段４に基づき前記切替え
