【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 シリンダ本体内のピストンの一側に圧縮空気
を作用させると共に、ピストンの他側に非圧縮性
流体を作用させ、ピストンをシリンダ本体内に摺
動させる圧縮空気シリンダ装置において、上記非
圧縮性流体の作用する上記ピストンの他側に緩衝
部材を設け、上記ピストンの摺動により上記緩衝
部材が上記シリンダ本体の側面に移動したとき、
上記緩衝部材を遊嵌させる穴を上記シリンダ本体
の側面に設け、上記緩衝部材及び上記穴の少なく
とも一方の横断面積を漸次変化させ、上記緩衝部
材を上記穴に深く遊嵌させてゆくにしたがつて上
記緩衝部材と上記穴との隙間を漸次減少させるこ
とを特徴とする圧縮空気シリンダ装置。 2 緩衝部材は横断面積が漸次変化してピストン
から離れるにしたがつて先細になつていることを
