Claims (1)
記本体の両側へ開口する貫通孔と、該貫通孔の一
方に設けられ一端が前記本体に固定され差圧を受
圧するベローズと、該ベローズの他端に一端が接
続され途中に前記室内において変位検出センサが
設けられたシヤフトと、前記貫通孔の他端側に設
けられた段部と、該段部内に配置され該段部と所
要の隙間を有するように一端が前記シヤフトの他
端にリング状の第１のスペーサーを介して固定さ
れたストツパーと、該ストツパーと所要の隙間を
有するようにリング状の第２のスペーサーを介し
て前記段部の開口部外側に取付けられたストツパ
