恐れがある。In the method of pouring hot water to melt and remove frost and snow, if the temperature of the hot water is low or the amount of hot water is small, the frost and snow will refreeze before it melts and flows away, making it more difficult to remove. Scraping off the frost and snow with a plate-like object is difficult when the frost and snow has solidified, and if you force it, there is a risk of damaging the glass.

J at ℃, when the coating amount is 30 μm in solid content,
Ball tack No. according to the DOW adhesion test method, a pressure sensitive adhesive with an adhesive strength of 1 or more with a solid content of 3 to 3
A frost and snow removing film coated with a 0μ coating is pasted on the window glass of a parked vehicle, and the frost and snow adhering thereto is removed by peeling the frost and snow removing film from the window glass. It is. Here, ball tuck No.
The adhesive strength is J, according to DOW's ball rolling method 15
° An adhesive plate is fixed on the inclined table, and the tack is indicated by the size of the maximum diameter of the ball that rolls and stops at a run-up distance of 10c+o. For example, if a 20/32 inch diameter ball stops, the pole tack number is 0.20, and if a 3732 inch diameter ball stops, the ball tack number is 0.20.
3 is displayed. The reason why the embrittlement temperature of the plastic film used in the present invention is limited to less than -30°C is that the base plastic film for frost and snow removal is a plastic that loses its flexibility at temperatures above 30°C. This is because it cannot be pasted in good condition.

This is because it becomes difficult to peel off from the surface. Note that the adhesive does not necessarily need to be applied over the entire surface of the film, and may be applied in dotted, linear, or bordered forms. The thickness of the plastic film is not particularly specified, but a thickness of 50 to 300 .mu.m is preferable from the viewpoints of workability of pasting, strength required for removing frozen frost and snow, and economical efficiency. Further, it is preferable that the frost and snow removal film used in the present invention be packaged in a roll with the side previously coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive facing outward, since this further improves the workability of pasting. Further, as the base material of the plastic film having a brittle temperature of less than 130° C., plastics such as high, medium, and low density polyethylene, polypropylene, EVA, EEA, and polyester are particularly preferable from the viewpoint of cost.

ることが判る。The present invention will be described in detail. One side of a 100 μ thick, 300 mm wide film made of low-density polyethylene with a density of 0.92 was baked with silicone and released, and the other side was treated with corona discharge, and then coated with an acrylic adhesive “Toagosei Co., Ltd.” Product Name: Arontac 5-1511 CX') J with solid content thickness of 1μ, (Comparative Example 1), 3μ (Example 1), 30μ
(Example 2) and 40 μm thick (Comparative Example 2) adhesive films were prepared and wound up onto paper tubes each having a diameter of 30 mm with the adhesive side facing outward. These rolled up adhesive films were wrapped in a wind tunnel at 10°C and a wind speed of 5 m/sec on a transparent glass measuring 400 mm wide x 800 mm long x 2 ml thick. As a result of peeling resistance tests, Comparative Example 1 had weak adhesive strength and was easily peeled off by the wind, so it could not be stuck in good condition. It was able to be applied to the surface of the glass, and it did not peel off even with a wind blowing at 5m/sec.The adhesive films applied to these glasses were placed at a 60° angle in a cold room at -30"C with the film application side facing E for approximately 1m.
A mist of water at 5° C. was sprayed from a distance using a spray gun for 10 minutes each. As a result, it was possible to attach dewy ice chips to a thickness of 1 to 3 mm on the adhesive film on the glass. This was left in the same cold room at -30°C for 24 hours. The ice chips that adhered to the glass surface were 2 to 5 thick. As a result of examining the P and lI releasability of these adhesive films from the glass surface by manually peeling them in the same cold room at -30°C, it was found that Example 1.2 could be easily peeled off by hand. did it. In addition, no ice chips were attached to the glass surface, which maintained its transparency. Comparative Example 2 was completely pulled by hand and no scraps were formed. From the above results, it can be seen that an adhesive film having an adhesive coating thickness in the range of 3 to 30 μm in terms of solid content can be sufficiently used for removing frost and snow that has adhered to and frozen on a glass surface.

Frost and snow can be easily removed without causing any damage.
