みコーティングしたトップコート層で5μの厚みを有す
る。ポリエステルベースフィルム1の厚みとしては75
〜100μが実用的である。このような複合フィルムを
圧縮成形法により所定のドーム型に成形してスピーカ用
振動板とする。

に、振動板の表面に形成したコーティング層によって振
動板の剛性が増し高域限界周波数を伸ばす効果が得られ
同時に高調波歪を低減する効果が得られた。
