記縦孔８からヘツドレスト支持管３に亘りヘツド
レスト本体２１の支持脚２２を摺動自在に挿込み
保持させた車輛用ヘツドレストにおいて、球面座
部５と回転支持体７の摺動面に該回転支持体７の
前後方向への回動を案内するガイド溝１２とガイ
ド部材１３とを前記ヘツドレスト本体２１が起立
した正常状態にあるとき該ガイド部材１３がガイ
ド溝１２の保持部１２ａに保持されるように設け
