Claims (1)
- 両主面に励振電極が形成された水晶片と、該水
晶片を封入する容器と、該容器の前記水晶片の励
振電極と対応した位置に施された透孔とを具備し
、この透孔により前記励振電極に周波数調整用の
金属を蒸着するとともに、前記容器の表面に所望
のパターンを蒸着したことを特徴とする圧電振動
子。
