- レーザガスを封入とした容器内に、レーザガス
とグロー放電する陰極と陽極とを有する直交型ガ
スレーザ装置において、前記陰極と陽極間の放電
空間を予備電離する紫外光を光フアイバーによつ
て、前記放電空間に導くことを特徴とする直交型
ガスレーザ装置。
