挿入する場合に先立ち、その腹壁に穿刺するトラ

部分に外套管2に挿入装着した内針1の先端部5
を当てながら把持本体4を握つてトラカール全体
を回転してねじ部6,8をねじ込むことにより前
進させる。なお、内針1と外套管2は切欠き9に
係止ピン10を嵌め込み係合させることにより位
置決め固定され、かつ一体に回転させることがで
きる状態としてある。この穿刺作業の始めの段階
では腹壁、特に最も内側の層である腹膜と、かみ
合つているのは内針1のねじ部6だけであるが、
さらに前進するとその内針1の先端部5は腹膜を
貫通し、続いて外套管2側のねじ部8がその腹膜
にかみ合う状態となる。この状態では内針1側の
ねじ部6は腹壁のいずれの部分ともかみ合うこと

作を必要とすることなく、外套管まで刺し込むこ
とができる。また、内針の先端部が貫通したのち
はその内針を引き抜くことができるとともに、こ
れにより内針の先端部がたとえば腹壁の腹膜を貫
通したことを容易に知れる。しかも、外套管の先
端部のねじ部を腹壁にねじ込み係合せるので、そ
の内針の引抜き操作を安心して行なうことができ
る。さらに、内針の先端部が貫通したのちはその
内針を引き抜けばよいため、このあとは外套管の
先端から内針の鋭利な先端部が突き出さないの

内針とからなるトラカールにおいて、上記外套管
の先端部周面と上記外套管の先端から突き出す内
針の先端部周面とにそれぞれらせん状のねじ部を
形成し、体壁にねじ込めるようにしたことを特徴
とするトラカール。 2 外套管と内針とを係合し、その両者の相対的
な回転を阻止する係合手段を設けたことを特徴と
する特許請求の範囲第1項に記載のトラカール。 3 上記係合手段は外套管のねじ部と内針のねじ
部の各稜線が連続する位置においてその外套管と
内針を係合するように構成したことを特徴とする
