Claims (1)
- 高速回転する内周刃を有するブレードにより、
インゴツトをウエーハ状に切断するスライシング
マシンにおいて、前記ブレードを高速回転させる
ためのモータ回転軸および・または前記ブレード
を保持する回転体に、非磁性体であつて、かつ導
電性物質からなる円板を固定し、ブレーキ作用時
には永久磁石を固着したブレーキシユーを作動せ
しめて、この永久磁石を前記円板を間に非接触で
対向せしめるようにしたことを特徴とするスライ
シングマシンのブレーキ装置。
