、予め設備ユニット1外の配管スペース内に建物側の給
水立上り管10.10及び給湯立上り管11を所定の位
置及び高さに立上らせておき、設備ユニットlを組立て
た後、壁パネル5に設けた配管用開口部にソケットを挿
入し先ずソケットと立上り配管10.10及び11とを
位置合せ後接続し、さらにソケットの他方を配管を介し
て混合水栓9及びロータンク8に接続していた。

続部、下方に給水立上り管接続部、中間に固定用フラン
ヂ部を設け該フランヂ部と給水管接続部間に止水栓を有
するロータンク用給水管接続部を設けた接続ソケットを
形成し、接続ソケットを給水立上り管と水栓用給水管間
に平面部を介して接続し該ソケットの固定用フランヂ部
を平面部に固定するとともに該ソケットのロータンク用
給水管接続部とロータンクとをロータンク用給水管によ
って室内で接続したことを特徴とする設備ユニット。 2 洗面器が、平面部の上方に間隔を設けて洗面器の一
端が重なるよう壁パネルに固定したことを特徴とする特
