の出力により動作するスイツチング素子とを備え
、 上記帰還回路の帰還パルスを微分して一周期に
対して所定の期間だけ上記スイツチング素子を動
作させて帰還量を減少させることにより上記自励
発振回路の発振を停止させるようにしたことを特
