生する電力を充電する二次電池、該二次電池の充
電量を制御する過充電防止回路及び過充電防止回
路を駆動する制御素子からなる電源制御部とがコ
ネクタによつて電気的に接続された太陽電池電源
装置において 前記太陽電池パネルと電源制御部との接続状態
でＯＮ―ＯＦＦする機械的スイツチを前記コネク
タに設け、太陽電池パネルと電源制御部とが接続
状態の時は、前記機械的スイツチと連動する制御
素子によつて過充電防止回路を駆動させ、非接続
状態の時は、前記制御素子によつて過充電防止回
路の駆動を停止させ、前記二次電池の消費を抑え
るようにしたことを特徴とする太陽電池電源装置
。 (2) 前記過充電防止回路を駆動する制御素子に
半導体トランジスタを用いるとともに、前記機械
的スイツチを該半導体トランジスタのエミツタ―
ベース間に挿入したことを特徴とする実用新案登
