Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
コンクリート用型枠としては平面的なスラブ用
と立体的な壁面用とあるが、特に後者の場合には
型枠の合板は、合板を支承する梁材に前もつて取
付けておく必要がある。本考案は特に壁面用の型

以下図面を参照しながら実施例につき其の詳細
を説明する。第1図は本考案型枠の正面図、第2
図は矢視〜側断面図、第3図は梁材の端部拡
大斜視図である。第4図は端部ゴムパツキンの斜
視図である。第1図第2図に於て1は耐水合板で
コンクリート打の場合スラブ面又は壁面となるコ
ンクリートの押え面となる。そして合板1は一定
間隔を以つて平行に配設されたるアルミニウム合
金製の角筒2が支持梁としてゴムパツキン3を介
して合板1に固着している。実施例では断面4角
なる角筒が使用されている状態を示している。第
4図に示すゴムパツキン3は、基部4が前記アル
ミニウム合金製角筒の中空部内径と等しい角柱で
頭部5が同じく角筒2の外径と同寸法である基部
4、頭部5が一体なる角柱、即ち頭部5が基部に
対して張出したる段部5cがちようど角筒2の肉
厚端部を覆い得るゴム製の段付角柱である。そし
て頭部の外側表面5aには釘7を嵌着するための
釘止め孔6が外側表面5aに対して垂直に開孔さ
れている。次に型枠の組立について述べると、先
ずゴム製パツキン3の基部4を前記アルミニウム
角筒の端部より挿入してパツキン3を角筒2の両
端に嵌着し、次にパツキン3の釘止め孔6を利用
することにより、パツキン3を介して角筒2を合
板1に固着する。そして角筒2の両端が合板に対
して固着が完了すれば合板1と角筒2は一体的に
組合わされたことにより角筒2は剛性を有するの
で抜け出ることは全く無い。そしてコンクリート
の荷重に応じて適当間隔を以つて複数の梁即ちア
ルミニウム角筒2は互に平行に合板に取付けられ
型枠としての組立は終了する。此の場合ゴムパツ
キン3の頭部5の端面5bは合板1の端縁よりや

以上説明した如き本考案型枠に於ては梁即ちア
ルミニウム合金角筒の端部中空開放部よりコンク
リートが誤つて流入することを防止し、型枠を取
扱つてる際又は型枠が落下した時などにゴム製パ
ツキン3の存在により合板の端縁の損傷を緩和し
同時に落下衝撃による吸音を吸収し作業環況の向
上にも寄与するものである。又合板1とアルミニ
ウム角筒との固着はゴム製パツキン3を介してる
のでゴムの弾性を利用して釘は容易に抜き取り得
るので梁として繰り返し使用にも耐え省資源にも
役立つ。実施例は四角の角筒にて説明したが、長
方形の角筒を使用して強度の向上を計ることも出
来る。又ゴムパツキン3の基部は挿入を容易にす
る目的にて先端部にアールを付しても良く、或は
嵌着を強固にすると同時に挿入をも容易とするた
め表面に鋸歯状の突条8を付することも出来る。
