張弁に流入する冷媒の一部を圧縮機の吸入側に導
くバイパス管路を設けてなるヒートポンプ式冷媒
回路において、バイパス管路に冷媒温度を検出す
る第１センサを、四方弁と室外熱交換器との間の
管路に冷媒温度を検出する第２センサを、四方弁
と室内熱交換器との間の管路に冷媒温度を検出す
る第３センサを夫々設けると共に、冷房サイクル
時には第２センサで検出した吐出冷媒温度が設定
値以下の時に第１センサと第３センサの検出温度
の差で、暖房サイクル時には第３センサで検出し
た吐出冷媒温度が設定値以下の時に第１センサと
第２センサの検出温度の差で夫々膨張弁の弁開度
を制御する制御器を備えたことを特徴とするヒー
