In addition, 10 is a reinforcing furring. However, in this conventional example, the inorganic panel 2' is exposed on the entire outer surface, and although it has excellent flame resistance, the inorganic panel 2'
They have the disadvantage of poor thermal insulation performance, and if you try to improve the thermal insulation performance, it is necessary to create a thermal insulation space by placing glass or panels on the indoor side, which takes time and effort.

In view of the above-mentioned points, the present invention makes use of its excellent flame-resistance performance while also making it possible to form a heat-insulating space over the entire surface of the exterior material without forming any special heat-insulating space, resulting in excellent heat-insulating performance. The purpose of this invention is to provide a connecting structure for composite panels.

The present invention will be explained in detail based on illustrated embodiments. The composite panel 3 of the present invention is formed by attaching an inorganic panel 2 to the outdoor surface of a hollow panel body 1 made of synthetic resin, and each part will be explained in more detail below.
Hollow panel body 1 formed by extrusion molding of synthetic resin
An air layer 12 that communicates vertically with a partition wall 11 is formed inside thereof, and a hollow fitting protrusion 5a is integrally formed at the outdoor end of one side end surface over the entire length of the side end surface. A fitting concave line 6 is formed at the indoor end of the side end surface by the protruding fitting convex line 5a. On the other hand, the inorganic panel 2 made of gypsum board attached to the hollow panel body 1 has a fitting convex wall 8a at the outdoor end of the side end face on the same side as the above-mentioned side end face over almost the entire length of the side end face. A fitting concave groove 9a is formed between the fitting convex wall 8a and the fitting protrusion 9a. Further, a hollow fitting protrusion 5b is integrally projected from the indoor end of the other side end surface of the hollow panel body 1, and the inorganic panel 2
A fitting convex wall 8b is provided at the indoor end of the side end face on the same side.
are integrally projected, and a fitting groove 9b is formed between this fitting convex wall 8b and the fitting convex strip 5b. The composite panels 3 formed as described above are connected as follows. That is, the fitting convex strip 5a of the composite panel 3 is connected to the fitting groove 9b of the adjacent composite panel 3, and the fitting convex wall 8 of the adjacent composite panel 3 is connected to the fitting groove 9b of the adjacent composite panel 3.
b are fitted into the fitting grooves 9a of this composite panel 3, respectively, to connect both composite panels 3, 3.
Both ends of the composite panel 3 connected as described above are sandwiched between the inner column 13 and the outer column 14 and fixed with tightening screws 15. Further, a fixing member 16 of the composite panel 3 is covered on the upper end of the composite panel 3, and a beam 17 is covered on the upper end of the fixing member 6 to constitute the exterior of the assembly house. In the figure, 18 is a base.

Thus, in the present invention, an inorganic panel is attached to the outdoor surface of a synthetic resin hollow panel to form a composite panel, and a hollow fitting protrusion is provided at the outdoor end of one side end surface of the hollow panel. At the same time, a fitting convex wall is formed at the outdoor end of the same side end face of the inorganic panel, and a fitting groove is formed between the fitting convex wall and the fitting convex strip, while the other side of the hollow panel A hollow fitting protrusion is formed at the indoor end of the side end face of the inorganic panel, and a fitting protrusion wall is formed at the outdoor end of the same side end face of the inorganic panel. A fitting concave groove is formed in between, and the fitting protrusion of the composite panel is placed in the fitting concave line of the adjacent composite panel, and the fitting convex wall of the adjacent composite panel is placed in the fitting concave groove of this composite panel. Since both composite panels are connected by fitting each other, an air layer can be formed on the indoor side of the inorganic panel by simply fitting the composite panels together without creating any special insulation space. Moreover, since the hollow fitting protrusions are overlapped at the connection part, an air layer is necessarily formed on the indoor side of the inorganic panel, which not only has excellent heat insulation performance but also Since the inorganic panel is arranged on almost the entire outdoor surface of the composite panel, it has excellent flame resistance and weather resistance against solar radiation and the like.
