- ＤＣ―ＤＣコンバータの過電圧保護回路におい
て、前記コンバータの主トランスの駆動巻線に並
列に接続され、ホトサイリスタの発光部を含む過
電圧検出回路と、前記コンバータのスイツチング
素子の駆動端子に接続され、前記ホトサイリスタ
の受光部を含む動作停止回路とを備えることを特
徴とする過電圧保護回路。
