For example, as shown in Fig. 1, when a cash dispensing command is inputted by a command from the operation unit (not shown), cash is sorted by denomination (10,000 yen note, 1,000 yen note) based on the cash dispensing command. The banknotes A are suctioned and separated one by one from the banknote stackers 1, 1 in which the banknotes A are stored, and are pulled out one by one using the suction swinging rods 2, 2, and the pulled banknotes A are transferred to the stacking car by the banknote transport section 3. 4
The bills A are inserted one by one between the blades 5, . 7, the receipt issuing unit 8 issues a receipt B on which the handling date, account number, withdrawal amount, and deposit balance are printed, and this receipt B is sent to the receipt conveying unit 9.
The stacking car 4 is then stacked on the receiving tray 7, after which the shutter 11 of the dispensing port 10 is opened and the receiving tray 7 is pushed out to the dispensing port 10.

By the way, such automatic teller machines are designed to be more compact due to their installation location, space, etc., and therefore, the receipt B issued from the receipt issuing unit 8 has problems with the transportation of banknotes A. from,
It is configured to be transported in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the banknote A (the direction in which the banknote is transported). That is, as shown in FIG.
and the drive roller 1 disposed below the inner transport rollers 13, 13 and the inner transport rollers 13, 13, which are held on both sides by the inner transport rollers 13, 13 and transported in the direction of the arrow X in the figure.

The receipt is conveyed in the Z direction in the figure by two pairs of holding rollers 17, 17 and 18, 18, which are arranged so as to be in pressure contact with each other within the receipt conveying section 9.
From there, it is deposited on the tray 7 via the collection car 4 as described above.

However, in such a conventional cash dispenser, when the receipt (paper sheet) B issued from the receipt issuing unit 8 is changed in its conveying direction by 90 degrees as described above, the receipt B It has been experimentally confirmed that the receipt B is largely bent toward the outer circumferential surface of the receipt B as shown in FIG. This phenomenon is caused by the rollers 12, 12, 13, 1 on both sides of the receipt B.
This is thought to be due to the fact that the receipt B is being conveyed while being held in the arms 3 and 14, and that the receipt itself is subjected to resistance to bending or wind pressure when the receipt B is changed by 90 degrees. Therefore, this receipt B is placed in a bent state on the placement plate 15, and is further fed into the receipt conveying section 9 in a bent state, so that "wrinkles" may occur during transportation. This was a cause of problems such as the product being damaged or not being transported properly.

This idea was created in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to transport paper sheets (receipts) normally and to prevent wrinkles from occurring during transport. It is an object of the present invention to provide a paper sheet conveying device as described above.

FIGS. 4A and 4B show the first embodiment of this invention, in which symbols 19a and 19a are outer conveyance rotating bodies (hereinafter referred to as outer conveyance rollers) and symbols 20a and 2.
0a indicates an inner conveyance rotating body (hereinafter referred to as an inner conveyance roller). These outer conveyance rollers 19a, 19a and inner conveyance roller 20
a, 20a are the outer conveyance rollers 1 shown in the conventional example.
2 and 12 and the inner conveyance rollers 13 and 13, they are made of an elastic body such as rubber, and are respectively disposed at the same location. However, the outer conveyance roller 19
The difference is that the respective contact surfaces of a, 19a and inner conveyance rollers 20a, 20a are slightly shifted as shown in the figure. That is, in this invention, the distance between the outer conveyance rollers 19a, 19a is made slightly smaller than the distance between the inner conveyance rollers 20a, 20a, so that their contact surfaces move inward, as shown in FIG.
In other words, the rotation shaft 2 of the inner conveyance rollers 20a, 20a
The structure is inclined toward the 0b side.

When the outer conveyance rollers 19a, 19a and the inner conveyance rollers 20a, 20a are configured in this way,
It is considered that the receipt B is bent toward the rotating shaft 20b due to various influences such as those described below while being conveyed. First, if we pay attention to the surface condition of the contact surface and non-contact surface with respect to the inner transport roller 20a among the entire circumferential surface of the outer transport roller 19a, we can see that the outer diameter of the contact surface of the contact surface is as shown in Fig. 4B. As shown, as a result of the deformation caused by pressure welding, they become substantially smaller and come into contact with each other, whereas the non-contact surface portions do not change in their outer diameters. Therefore, the non-contact surface portion of the outer conveyance roller 19a has a form in which the surface thereof slightly protrudes toward the rotating shaft 20b side relative to the contact surface portion, and due to this phenomenon, the receipt B can move its paper surface in a non-contact manner. It is pushed toward the rotating shaft 20b by an amount corresponding to the protruding dimension of the surface portion. In addition, the contact surfaces of each of these conveyance rollers are connected to the rotation shafts 20 of the inner conveyance rollers 20a, 20a, as shown in FIG.
Since they are tilted toward the b side, the receipt B is also tilted toward the rotation axis 2 as shown in FIG.
It will bend toward the 0b side (inward). Therefore, if the receipt B is bent inward in advance in this way before the conveyance direction of the receipt B is changed by 90 degrees, the inner conveyance rollers 20a, 20
When the conveyance direction of the receipt B is changed by 90 degrees by the drive rollers 14 and 14, the deflection state of the receipt B is corrected and the receipt B has the original uniform plane (no deflection). , mounting plate 15
It is transported upwards. Therefore, the undeformed receipt B conveyed onto this placement plate 15
are sent to the receipt conveying section 9, conveyed in a normal state, and stacked on the receiving tray 7.

Figure 5 shows a second embodiment of this invention.
In this embodiment, outer conveying rotors (hereinafter referred to as outer conveying rollers) 22a, 22a and inner conveying rotors (hereinafter referred to as inner conveying rollers) 23a, 23a
are each formed into a conical roller as shown in the figure, and one of the inner conveyance rollers 23a, 23a has a smaller roller diameter on the inner side in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 23b, and a larger roller diameter on the outer side in the axial direction. The other outer conveying rollers 22a, 22a are formed oppositely to the inner conveying rollers 23a, 23a so that rolling friction occurs. Note that the effects in this case are also substantially the same as in the first embodiment.

Figure 6 shows the third embodiment of this invention.
This embodiment shows an example in which a conveyor belt is used instead of the outer conveyor roller and inner conveyor roller shown in the first and second embodiments.
The conveyor belts 24b, 24b and 25b, 25b are wound around pulleys 24a, 24a and 25a, 25a, which are fixed to rotary shafts 24, 25, respectively, with rounded circumferential surfaces, and one of the conveyor belts, that is, the The interval between the conveyor belts 24b, 24b corresponding to the outer conveyor rollers is made narrow as in the previous embodiment. The operation and effect of this embodiment are almost the same as those of the first and second embodiments, but this method is performed using the receipt conveying section 9 or the banknote conveying section 3 shown in FIG.
It can also be applied as needed.

As detailed above, this invention has a structure in which the distance between the rotating bodies of the outer conveying rotary body is smaller than the distance between the rotating bodies of the inner conveying rotary body to the extent that their contact surfaces do not separate. It is possible to correct the distortion of paper sheets (receipts) and transport them normally, which has excellent effects such as no wrinkles or the like occurring during transport.
