Conventionally, there have been various types of aerosol valves for high viscosity materials, but all of them have small diameters such as flow passages and holes for distributing the contents, making it impossible to obtain a sufficient amount of ejection volume, resulting in poor workability. was considered a bad thing. Since the diameters of the flow passages, flow holes, etc. are extremely limited in the small member called the aerosol valve, conventional methods are not only unable to obtain sufficient diameters, but also allow the flow of the contents flowing into the valve to be at right angles, etc. Since the method of ejecting from the stem after making an acute angle change was used, the resistance was large and a sufficient amount of ejection could not be obtained.

When pressed at an angle, one of the outer circumferential edges of one end of the stem forming an opening moves downward as a result of the inclined pressing, presses the closing member, and presses the closing member within the housing against the biasing force of the spring. The aerosol container can then be moved to open the opening and eject the highly viscous contents within the aerosol container from the stem. The inlet for the high viscosity content is opened on the side of the housing, the opening is opened at the lower end of the stem, and the opening is opened and closed at one end face of the closing member, so a large diameter can be obtained, and the high viscosity content This makes it possible to eject a large amount of material, and the highly viscous content that flows in from the inlet is ejected to the outside from the opening via the stem without undergoing any acute changes in the flow direction.

態であつても良い。 An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a mountain cap, which is fixed to the upper end of an aerosol container and has one end of a housing 3 fixed to its inner surface via a gasket 2.
4 is a stem, which has an opening 5 at one end in the housing 3;
At the same time, the engaging flange 6 on the outer periphery of the opening 5 is engaged with the gasket 2, and the opening 5 is made into a wide tapered shape at one end, and a guide path 7 for the contents is formed at the other end which projects outward. In order to increase the diameters of the outlet passage 7 and the opening 5, they are approximated to the inner diameter of the housing 3 within a range that does not impair operability and airtightness. Reference numeral 8 denotes a closing member which is slidable while keeping its outer circumferential surface 10 in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the housing 3.
One end surface 12 is brought into close contact with the opening 5 by the urging force of 1, and the opening 5 is normally kept in a closed state. 13
is an inlet opening on the side surface of the housing 3, and is normally pressed by the spring 11 on the outer circumferential surface 10 of the closing member 8.
It is sealed. Reference numeral 14 denotes an exhaust hole, which is provided at the other end of the housing 3 to suck and discharge fluid located in the direction of the spring 11 as the closing member 8 slides. An inlet 13 is formed on the outer circumferential surface 10 of the closing member 8.
There is no need to seal the inlet 13, and the inlet 13 may be kept open at all times.

Since the stem 4 is closed by one end surface 12 of the closing member 8, the contents will not be squirted out. However, when the stem 4 is pressed from the side and tilted as shown in FIG. Since the peripheral edge presses one end surface 12 and causes the closing member 8 to slide inside the housing 3 against the restoring force of the spring 11, the one end surface 12 releases the closure of the opening 5 and at the same time opens the inlet port. 1
The high viscosity content introduced from 3 is ejected to the outside from outlet channel 7. This ejection of high viscosity contents is caused by the second
As shown in the figure, since the opening is open in the direction of the inlet 13 opened on the side of the housing 3, the high viscosity contents are guided to the outlet path 7 along a curve close to a straight line, reducing resistance during ejection. It becomes possible to make it small.

る。 As described above, in the present invention, since the diameter of the part through which the contents are ejected can be made large, the amount of ejected high-viscosity contents per unit time can be increased, making it possible to perform filling operations efficiently. shall be. In addition, since the high viscosity contents are jetted out without any sharp changes in flow, the flow resistance is small, and the synergistic effect with the large diameter of the jet flow section makes it possible to jet out a large amount of the high viscosity contents. It is something.
