包装置を提供するものである。[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a packaging device that holds articles with a cushioning body and stores them in an exterior body, and its purpose is to absorb the load of the motor part with the main cushioning body made of styrofoam or the like. This prevents the load on the motor section due to a drop impact from increasing tens of times due to inertia force and being applied to the base. The base and front guard or rear guard have sufficient strength compared to the shape and material of the individual parts to prevent the load from being applied to the base. By placing it close to the body, the volume of the exterior body can be reduced, reducing transportation costs, etc., making it easier to transport, reducing the amount of material used not only for the main shock absorber but also for the sub-shock body. To provide a packaging device that can smoothly and easily pack items while preventing damage to the items.

製などでは亀裂などの損傷を生じやすかつた。 As shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-37995, conventional packaging devices of this kind have a concave portion formed on one side of the buffer body and the opposite side opposite to this one side, and a motor and a base are placed in one of the concave portions, and a concave portion is placed on the other side. A blade is housed in the recess, and a protective frame is stored in a state that surrounds the blade.
These bases and protective frames are each sandwiched between the inner surface of the outer box and the main shock absorber, so the recess on one side of the shock absorber has a shape that follows the contours of the electric motor to be fitted, the column, and one side of the base. As a result, the molds for molding the shock absorbers are complex and expensive. Furthermore, the packaging is stable because the base is placed on the bottom wall of the outer case, but the width of the outer box has been reduced due to the formation of recesses for storing protective frames, etc. This is undesirable because it requires a large area and the overall size of the package becomes large. Furthermore, since the base is in direct contact with the outer case, the impact applied to the outer case is directly applied to the base, causing it to deform, and those made of synthetic resin are likely to suffer damage such as cracks.

を向上する作用効果を奏するものである。 This proposal was made in view of the above points, and a recess for fitting the electric fan's motor part is formed on one side of the main shock absorber, and a recess for fitting the blades, guards, etc. is formed on the other side. At the same time, the main body of the electric fan is housed within the exterior body, and the base is housed separately from the exterior body, and its lower end is integrated with the exterior body so that it straddles two adjacent walls at the corner of the exterior body. Since the motor part is buffered and supported by the auxiliary shock absorber formed in the main shock absorber and the motor part is buffer supported by the sub shock absorber, even if a recess is provided to accommodate the main body of the fan and a guard etc. is provided in the main shock absorber. This can be done without increasing the size of the exterior body too much, and there is no risk of the corner of the base colliding with the exterior body and being damaged due to the impact vibration during transportation causing the head to rotate toward the lower end. The auxiliary shock absorber buffers and absorbs the existing substances, thereby improving safety.

On one side of the main shock absorber 11 are recesses 13 and 14 shaped to fit and hold the high end side end of the base 1, which is one half of the fan main body 4, and the side end of the motor section 3. is formed. In this embodiment, in order to tilt and hold the main body 4, a recess 15 into which the lower part of the support column 2 fits is formed as necessary, continuous with the recess 13 into which the base 1 fits. are doing.
On the other side of the main shock absorber 11, a recess 16 for housing the front guard 9, rear guard 6, and blade 8 is provided between the motor section 3, the support column 2, and the opposing walls 10A, 1 of the exterior body 10.
It is formed facing the larger distance side of 0B.
At the center of the recess 16 are an annular rib 18 that fits and holds the boss portion 17 of the blade 8 and a wing 19 of the blade 8.
A crescent-shaped recess 20 is formed into which the end edge fits. The front guard 9 and the rear guard 6 are stacked and stored in the recess 16 so as to cover the blade 8. The blade 8 is held at the center of the rear guard 6 by pressing its boss portion 17 through a buffer paper 21. Although not shown, a buffer paper is interposed between the front guard 9 and the rear guard 6. A plurality of protrusions 22 are formed on the inner wall of the recess 16, and the protrusions 22 are pressed and deformed by the outer ring of the front guard 9 to fit and hold within the recess 16.

スムーズに行なえるものである。 The sub-buffer 12 is sized to cover only the other half of the motor section 3 of the fan main body 4. The motor section 3 is provided on one side of the sub-buffer 12.
A recess 26 is formed into which the other half fits. The recess 26 is formed in a size such that the motor section 3 is press-fitted therein, and the sub-buffer 12 does not fall off when it is fitted into the motor section 3. In this embodiment, a plurality of protrusions 27 are provided on the inner surface of the recess 26 to absorb errors during molding and ensure the above-mentioned press fit. Since the secondary shock absorber 12 is press-fitted into the motor section 3 and will not fall off, when the main shock absorber 11 holding the electric fan is stored in the exterior body 10, the electric fan main body 4 This can be done easily and smoothly by holding down the pillar 2 and the front guard 9.

Step portions 7, 7 are formed at the joint portions of the upper and lower half portions 1A, 1B, projecting slightly toward the outer periphery from B, and the main buffer body 11 and the auxiliary buffer body 23 disposed on the lower end side are connected to each other. It is supported at a distance from the exterior body 10 through it. The auxiliary buffer body 23 is integrally formed by cutting and bending the inner flap 24 of the exterior body 10. The auxiliary buffer body 23 is attached to the lower edge of the base 1 and the exterior body 1.
It consists of a holding piece 25 that is interposed between the base 1 and an intervening piece 28 that holds the side edge of the base 1. Therefore, the base 1 is held so as to be surrounded by the auxiliary buffer body 23.
This auxiliary buffer body 23 is not engaged only with the lower edge of the base, but is placed so that the portion forming the bottom wall 10C of the exterior body 10 is parallel to the side edge of the base 1. , the abutting end is cut and bent at an angle, supports the lower surface of the side edge projecting portion of the upper half 1A of the base 1, and is fitted between the lower edge and the opposing wall 10B of the exterior body 10. , the distance between both the base 1 and the opposing wall 10B is maintained. Note that the above description of the vertical relationship does not define the actual vertical relationship of the packaged state, but is explained for convenience with the motor unit 3 side as the upper part and the base 1 side as the lower part, and is actually arbitrary. The vertical position can be selected.

ト的に有利なものである。 Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the base is supported at a distance from the exterior body, and the impact vibration applied to the exterior body is not directly applied to the base, so that the base can be protected. In addition, the lower edge of the inclined base is maintained at a distance from the opposing wall and the bottom wall of the exterior body using an auxiliary buffer, and the motor section supported by the main and sub buffers is Even if the main body is stored at an angle by blocking and supporting the pillar and base from rotating around the main body, damage to the exterior body by an electric fan during transportation is significantly reduced. By making the sub-buffer and the auxiliary buffer separate, the material required for the sub-buffer can be reduced, which is advantageous in terms of cost.

The holding force is increased by being distributed to two adjacent walls of the exterior body, the load bearing capacity is improved, and the strength of the auxiliary shock absorber is improved.
