Ｓ：目盛、Ｒａ：バルブ開放目盛。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 下端を沈殿槽の底部に配置して用いるもの
で、下端に弾性膜片を取付けると共に液体を収容
した液体管を設け、該液体管に液体の液面位置を
計測する液面検出器を備えて成り、液体と沈殿層
との見かけの比重差による膜片の変位を液体の液
面位にあらわし、これを液面検出器で検知するこ
とを特徴とすを沈殿槽における沈殿槽の濃度検知
装置。 (2) 下端をラツパ状に拡げて面積の広い弾性膜
片を下端に取付けた液体管と成した実用新案登録
第１項記載の濃度検知装置。
