Claims (1)
- 腔所及びこれに連通する流体流入路と流体流出
路を有する弁本体と、上記腔所内に配設され開閉
機構によつて移動せしめられる弁体を具えた流量
制御弁において、高硬度材質からなり、断面が円
形で所定の減圧比率を与える流体通路を有する減
圧ノズルを上記弁体にこれを貫通させて固定した
ことを特徴とする固液二相流体用流量制御弁。
