備し、上記の一組の加熱加圧ロールによつて圧接
されて送り出される、フイルム状接着剤と金属薄
板との重層板(フイルム状接着剤に導電性金属粉
を混入内蔵した)をガイドロールを介して別途に
移送装置によつて移送される母材鋼板に対し、加
熱装置付ラミネータ装置によつてフイルム状接着
剤を挾むようにして重ね合せ加熱圧着するよう設
けたことを特徴とするもので、このように設ける
ことによつて、上に述べた従来公知の接着複合鋼
板の欠点を除去して抵抗溶接の可能な実施応用面
の広い接着複合鋼板を製造し、しかも母材鋼板の
移送ラインスピードとの同調が容易であると共に
導電性金属粉(以下単に金属粉という)の撒布量
を自由にコントロール出来る、均質且つ良質で抵
抗溶接の可能な接着複合鋼板を高速且つ合理的に
製造する装置の提供を目的とするものである。

は上記の一組のカツトロール8,8′間の間隙が
前記の一組の加熱加圧ロール6,6′の接合部の
上方に平行して位置するよう配備されている。1
