調、透明性、厚みなどが選択される。2は耐薬品
性を有する熱感応性の透明接着剤でたとえばポリ
オレフイン系等の樹脂をベースとして特殊な官能
基を導入することにより、加熱圧着だけで各種樹
脂、金属、紙、木材などに接着でき、かつ透明で
柴外線、オゾン、水等に対して安定した性質を有
しているもので、通常厚さ30〜80μのフイルム状
のものが用いられる。3は金属箔で、たとえば2
5〜50μの銅またはアルミニウムなどが使用され
る。4は、基板1の表面に金属箔3を透明接着剤
2で接着した後、金属箔面に型押しして形成した
深さ30〜50μの凹凸模様である。型押しの方法と
しては通常のエンボス模様を形成する手段たとえ
ば凹凸模様を形成した型ロールや型板を金属箔面
に配置して加圧することによつて形成される。凹

されるものではないが、広告宣伝用の看板あるい
は表示板等に用いる場合は砂目模様が好ましい。
5は食刻による文字、図形で、金属箔面に凹凸模
様を形成後、スクリーン印刷、写真感光、貼文字
等の手段により保護膜を形成し所望の文字、図形
に食刻される。6は凹凸模様4の凹部に形成され
た着色層で、食刻後保護膜を除去し凹凸模様面を
色付けするか、凹凸模様形成前に金属箔面に硫化
あるいは酸化等の化学的処理法で着色層を形成し
た後、凹凸模様4の凸部をワイヤーブラシ、パ
フ、サンドペーパー等で研磨して凸部の着色層を
除去することにより形成される。金属箔表面は、
凹凸模様4の凸部を研磨後、アクリル系スプレー
塗料によりクリア塗装を行うことによつてその表
