一次導体を貫通させたものと一体にアレスタ素子
をモールド成形するとともに、モールド成形内部
においてアレスタ素子の一端を一次導体と電気的
に接続し、アレスタ素子の他端は導体を通じてモ
ールド成形外部の支持端へ引出したことを特徴と
