Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、主として除草剤などの液剤を散布
する中低圧用噴霧機の拡散角度を自在に調節でき
る噴口に関するものである。

することはできるが、拡散角度の調整できない不
便さがあつた。また、拡散角度を調節することの
できる噴口としては、実公昭43−30257号公報に
より出願公告された「拡散角度調節噴口」があ
る。この考案は噴射孔に対し、一定角度で傾斜し
ている拡散面を上下させ、拡散面における射水の
接触点を変化させて拡散角度を変えようとするも
のである。しかし、この種の噴口において、単に
傾斜角度の一定な平面状の拡散面を上下させ、射
水の接触点を変化させるだけでは出願人の実験に
おいても、射水の拡散角度に大きな変化は認めら
れなかつた。

のねじ軸8が螺合自在であり、調節ねじ7を回動
することにより、ねじ軸8先端が噴口板3の背面
に向けて前後に移動することになる。即ち、調節
ねじ7を一定方向に回動させると、ねじ軸8の先
端が前進し噴口板3の背面を押圧して前傾せし
め、反対方向に回動するとねじ軸8先端が後退
し、噴口板3は自己の弾性により原状に復すもの
である。
