クの取付構造において、前記ヒートシンクの長手
方向両端に、ＩＣを保持し、かつ、ヒートシンク
の係合手段を有する一対のブラケツトを設け、そ
のブラケツトによつてＩＣとヒートシンクを一体
化固定してあることを特徴とするＩＣ用ヒートシ
ンクの取付構造。 (2) 前記ブラケツトはコ字状をしたＩＣ端部の
挾持片と、捻り用の突片を備えたものであること
を特徴とする登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のＩＣ
用ヒートシンクの取付構造。 (3) 前記ブラケツトは略コ字状をしたバネ体と
し、下端のフツク部でＩＣ端部を支持し、上方の
係止部をヒートシンクの係合溝に係合してあるこ
とを特徴とする登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のＩ
