Claims (1)
、一端側に操作杆が連設され他端側を前記本体か
ら所定高さ位置に突設させて工具先端等の押圧を
受けるようにした操作部が当該押圧に対抗するよ
うにバネ支弾された態様で摺動可能に装着され、
前記本体内には前記操作杆と係合して接点を開閉
させ工具先端等の位置を検出する検出機構部と、
該接点の開閉を電気信号として取出す検出回路部
を備えた位置検出装置であつて、前記検出機構部
は、固定された第1の接点と、一端側を揺動可能
に枢支して、他端側に前記第1の接点と対をなす
第2の接点を設けて前記操作杆と直交状に配備さ
れた揺動レバーとを備え、該揺動レバーは前記第
2の接点が第1の接点に当接して接点を閉じるよ
うバネ手段によつて付勢されると共に、前記操作
部が工具先端等で押圧されると操作杆の押圧によ
つて接点を開くように構成され、該操作杆と交差
する揺動レバーの作用点を前記枢支された一端側
と第2の接点を設けた他端側との中間に設定し、
前記各接点の開閉動作の応答性を向上せしめたこ
とを特徴とする位置検出装置。 (2) 前記揺動レバーの一端側は、ねじりコイル
バネを巻装した支軸によつて枢支され、該支軸が
複数の剛球によつて点接触状態で支持されている
