B. Prior Art Conventionally, in this type of device, as shown in Fig. 1, net conveyors are installed vertically in the horizontal direction, and fluid or gas is injected from both sides of the fabric passing through the gap therebetween to create a meandering motion on the fabric. However, injecting this fluid requires a large total volume, which has the drawback that the pump power also increases accordingly. When liquid injection is mainly performed by pump power, there are drawbacks such as cavitation due to foaming, resulting in a decrease in performance, and injection holes in the injection pipe becoming clogged with scale, hair, etc.

C. Purpose of the Invention In view of the above, the present invention aims to perform the meandering motion of the fabric that gives the cloth a kneading effect by cooperating with the meandering motion of the net conveyor itself and the above-mentioned jetting action, without relying solely on the jetting action of the fluid. It is something to do.

D. Structure of the invention In other words, the present invention provides a method for a wide fabric to move inside a treatment tank.
In an apparatus in which the material is continuously processed by being conveyed and passed by a net conveyor installed in the tank, the conveyor itself is given a meandering motion as the net conveyor rotates, and A guiding member such as a net or a guide bar is provided along the meandering movement area of the conveyor so that the fabric is transferred between them, and the processing liquid is sprayed onto the fabric from both sides thereof. This is a characteristic feature.

Examples are shown in FIGS. 3-5. In the figure, a roller 21 is loosely fitted onto a connecting shaft 20a of a link 20, and is configured to roll on a flat rail 22 as the chain rotates. A first crank 23 has a hollow shaft 23a, and is loosely fitted into an extension of the connecting shaft 20a. 23b is a crank arm, 23c is a hollow crank pin, into which the shaft 24a of the second crank 24 is inserted and fixed by a pin 24b. 24c indicates a crank arm. The link chain and crank device are provided at both left and right ends, and a net guide bar 25 is installed between the crank arms 24c on both sides. In the figure, 26 is a fulcrum roller loosely fitted to the crankshaft 24a, 27 is a serpentine rail that guides the fulcrum roller, and 28 is a wire net that is wound between adjacent net guide bars 25 so as to have an endless length. F. Effect In the above device, the fabric 12 is connected to the net conveyor 7.
The fabric is introduced into the fabric processing path A in the gap between the fabric guide 6 and the net conveyor 7 by the introduction roll 4 set at a speed equal to or higher than the speed of the fabric, and is conveyed by the movement of the net conveyor 7. The fabric 12 is repeatedly floated and dropped by the fluid ejected from the inside of the net conveyor 7, thereby receiving a preliminary treatment action in the gas phase, and then introduced into the fabric processing passage B between the net 10 and the net conveyor 7, where it is transferred to the net conveyor. The fabric is conveyed by the transition of fabric 7, which passes through this passage B and is jetted from the inside of the fabric conveyor 7 and the bottom of the net 10 toward the fabric passage B, and the net of the fabric conveyor 7 undergoes a meandering motion. By repeating this process, the cloth is subjected to strong flotation and beating action, and while being adjusted by the cloth accumulation detection device 13, the cloth is spread and centered by the liquid flow guider 14, and passes through the screw rolls 15, 16 and the lead-out roll 17, and then becomes a submerged roll. 18 guide roll 19 submerged roll 20 fabric 12 via guide roll 21

G. Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, since processing is carried out by cooperation between the net conveyor that performs meandering motion and the jetting action of liquid, the pump power can of course be reduced. The fabric is not fed by being sandwiched between two net conveyors, but only one side of the fabric comes into contact with the meandering net conveyor, and the other side of the fabric faces a fixed guide member and is processed. Compared to the clamp type, it has a greater degree of freedom, has a greater relaxing effect on the fabric, has an excellent kneading effect, and provides treatment effects such as no horizontal wrinkles.
