該中栓体を覆つて前記口筒に回動自在ではあるが
抜け出し不能に組付けられる有頂短筒体の頂壁の
中心部に注出筒を立設すると共に、前記頂壁の下
面の前記注出孔に対向できる箇所に、前記注出孔
を嵌入閉鎖する膨出部を垂下形成したキヤツプ体
とを有し、前記注出孔よりも外側となつた中栓体
とキヤツプ体との間を密接シールする機能部分を
