されるチエーンを囲繞するカムチエーン室を形成
するためのシール部材が、クランクケースとの間
に介在され、該カムチエーン室の下部には少なく
とも前記駆動側カムチエーンの下端を浸せる程度
のオイル溜りが設けられ、該オイル溜りからあふ
れ出るオイルは、同オイル溜りを画成するオイル
壁を越えて、該カムチエーン室に隣接して設けら
れた前記クランクシヤフトベアリングに流れ込む
ことを特徴とするカムチエーンおよびクランクシ
