(Prior Art) Recently, car pots called car pots have been commercially available, but as shown in Fig. 1, their structure is simply that a heater is added to the bottom of a portable container 1, and it is difficult to use them. This was causing various inconveniences and inconveniences. That is, conventionally, such a car pot was used by hanging it inside the car with a hook or the like or placing it on the seat, as shown in the second diagram.
The vehicle may shake violently due to the vibrations of the car and hit the surrounding area, or fall on the seat and fall onto the floor.In such a case, the lid 2 may come loose and the hot water inside may spill out. Furthermore, depending on the driving conditions, the pot itself could be damaged.

On the other hand, from the point of view of car drivers and passengers, if the car pot is suspended and swings or is placed on the seat, they feel uncomfortable and have difficulty living in the car. You have to hold the lid 2 with your other hand, and then hold the lid 2 with a stopper.This kind of work is extremely troublesome due to the vibrations of the car, and the hot water is likely to spill, which is not very desirable in terms of use. Reference numeral 26 denotes a pump housed in the mechanism section 13 side of the pot body 11, which pumps air into the container 14 through the air passage 27 to pour liquid outward through the hot water supply passage 24. It is structured as follows. The pump 26 includes a diaphragm 28 forming a pump chamber 30 having an air supply port 29 and an intake port (not shown), a motor 31, and a motor 31.
a motion conversion mechanism 32 that converts the rotational motion of 1 into a reciprocating motion, transmits it to the diaphragm 28, and makes it vibrate;
, a check valve 33 provided at the air supply port 29, and another check valve (not shown) provided at the intake port,
The wave motion of the diaphragm 28 forces air into the container 14. Reference numeral 34 designates a pump switch which is located within the mechanism section 13 and has a push button 35 protruding outward, and is, for example, a normally open type switch inserted between the plug receiver 20 and the motor 31, and is turned on when pressed by the push button 35. The motor 31 is driven only when 36

Next, an example of the installation structure of the pot body 11 is shown in the fifth section.
This will be explained according to the diagram. In FIG. 5, reference numeral 40 denotes an installation stand (installation member) fixed to the floor or the like so as to cover the handbrake device 41. A fixing screw 42 is internally fixed to the upper part of the installation stand, and the threaded part is fixed on the upper surface. stand out. Reference numeral 43 denotes a through hole drilled at the bottom of the pot body 11, and a mounting bracket (installation member) 4 is installed inside the hole.
4 so that the screw holes 45 match. Therefore, the pot body 11 is inserted into the screw hole 45 of the mounting bracket 44.
The installation base 4 is screwed onto the fixing screw 42.

In order to take out hot water, the pump 26 is operated by operating the push button 35 with one hand and turning on the pump switch 34, and the hot water is poured out from the hot water supply passage 24 by holding the pot 25 with the other hand. By receiving hot water, a predetermined amount of hot water can be obtained. In the conventional carpot shown in the first diagram,
In order to pour boiling water while holding the pot in one hand and holding the tip in the other hand, you need to place the pot on the dashi board once when you put the lid on after pouring the boiling water.
On the other hand, it may be necessary to close the lid with your open hand while holding the pot with a part of the pot itself, and if the vibration of the car is applied at this time, there is a risk that the pot or pot may fall over and spill boiling water. In addition, there is a problem of boiling water spilling from one pot while the other is occupied, so in this embodiment, the pot body 11 is installed, the pump switch 34 is turned off, and the pump 26 is turned off.
If you stop the hot water, the hot water will stop flowing immediately, so the hot water supply will stop immediately.
You only need to pay attention to step 5, and you will almost never spill boiling water, which is extremely convenient.

(Other Examples) In the above example, the main body side installation member (mounting bracket 4
4) and a vehicle-side installation member (consisting of an installation base 40 and fixing screws 42) are connected to each other to removably install the pot body 11, but the installation structure shown in Figure 6 is adopted. Good too. In FIG. 6, hooks 46 are provided on both sides of the pot body 11 as body-side installation members, and an installation stand 40 and a clamp 47 are provided in the vehicle as vehicle-side installation members, and the hooks 46 are attached to the pot. It may be integrated with the main body 11 or separate from it. Also, the clamp 47 is attached to the installation base 40.
It consists of a base metal fitting 48 that is fixed to both sides of the base metal fitting 48, a lever 49 that is rotatable on the base metal fitting 48, and a clamp body 50 with a spring 51 inserted in the middle part. It is related to and disconnected from the In short, the installation structure only needs to be able to install the pot main body 11 by connecting a pair of installation members to each other.
