[Detailed description of the invention] Industrial application field The present invention relates to a pot, and in particular to an extremely high-quality and inexpensive thick-walled pot manufactured by using waste metal cylinders in the form of thick-walled tubes. This allows various metal waste cylinders, which have traditionally had no significant utility value, to be recycled into products with practical value without having to be scrapped.

Conventional technology Generally, metal pots used for boiling and cooking in homes and restaurants are manufactured by molding iron or aluminum or by drawing with a spatula. Aluminum pots are particularly easy to process. It is widely used these days because it is inexpensive. However, the material of the pot has a direct effect on the quality of the taste, and in that respect iron pots are the best. In addition, the dangers of aluminum pots, which are often used these days, have recently been pointed out. In other words, when aluminum accumulates in the brain, the secretion of parathyroid hormone increases, and bone calcium is dissolved into the blood.
There is a risk of demineralization and deformation of bones, and aluminum is also said to be involved in nerve damage and memory loss (February 1985 issue of a monthly magazine published by Human Igakusha Co., Ltd.). Therefore, after all, an iron pot,
It is being reviewed from various perspectives such as health maintenance.

Problems that the invention aims to solve However, iron pots of this type are generally expensive and cannot be easily purchased, and in recent years in particular, iron pots have been made with various features such as folk art style or handmade style. There is a tendency for more products to be sold, leading to soaring prices. This is not only due to the processing cost of the iron pot, but also
This is because high-quality, thick-walled iron material is used, so raw material costs account for a large proportion. Furthermore, since ancient times, there have been no significant innovations in the manufacturing method, form, etc., and there have been no major changes.

By the way, high-quality thick-walled iron materials are sometimes disposed of as waste materials. Various types of cylinders used in industrial production processes, such as propane gas cylinders, are legally stipulated to have a certain useful life, and once that period has elapsed, they can no longer be used as cylinders. As a result, the number of cylinders of various types that are currently discarded annually in Japan is enormous.

These cylinders that are discarded or have reached the end of their useful life have no value and are simply scrapped and recycled. Moreover, since flammable gas remains inside, it is difficult to dispose of it unless you are a specialized collection company, and in reality, gas sales manufacturers collect it as a service. Therefore, no effective method for treating various types of cylinders has been implemented. On the other hand, various cylinders are made of iron, but in order to fulfill their function as cylinders, the iron used is of extremely high quality and thick. Therefore, the inventor intended to make iron pots from the large number of cylinders that could not be disposed of, thereby making use of waste materials and providing inexpensive, high-quality iron pots.

Effects According to the present invention, pots can be manufactured using thick-walled metal waste cylinders, so various cylinders that are difficult to dispose of can be effectively used without having to be scrapped. Since the size and shape can be used as the body of the pot as is, and only the bottom needs to be processed, processing and raw material costs are significantly reduced compared to the conventional process of molding the entire pot as one piece. The iron used is of high quality and has a thick wall, so it is possible to make the best pots and produce delicious dishes.

FIG. 1 shows a thick-walled metal waste cylinder 1, such as a propane gas cylinder, which is to be disposed of. The valve 3 at the gas discharge port 2 of the metal waste cylinder 1 is fully opened and the metal waste cylinder 1 is placed in a heating furnace or the like for an appropriate time to incinerate the gas remaining inside and completely degas it. At this time, the metal waste cylinder 1 reaches a high temperature, and the rust and organic matter adhering to the surface are incinerated. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the completely degassed metal waste cylinder 1 is cut into annular shapes with a predetermined width to create a plurality of body parts 4. The shape of the body of the pot is determined by the part and width of the annular cut, and the body 4 made by cutting the bottom and top of the metal waste cylinder 1 is curved. The body part 4 produced by cutting the central part of the metal waste cylinder 1 has a linear shape. In addition, the head 6 of the metal waste cylinder 1
The gas outlet 2 cannot be used as a pot, so it is discarded. As shown in FIG. 3, a bottom part 7 made of the same material as the body part 4 and having approximately the same wall thickness and diameter is connected to one end of the body part 4 by welding or the like, and is shaped like a tray. A body is formed. Torso 4
When the tray-like body is formed by combining the bottom part 7 and the bottom part 7, the inner peripheral surface and edge of the body part 4 and the inside of the bottom part 7 are polished with a polisher 8 to give a surface finish, as shown in FIG. do. At this time, the inner circumferential surface and edges of the body 4 and the inside of the bottom 7 are polished, new parts of the metal are exposed, and parts corroded by the gas are removed, leaving no trace of the waste material. Disappear. In addition, the outer circumferential surface of the body 4 retains its color after many years of use, giving it a unique color as a pot, giving it an air of elegance. After the surface has been finished in this manner, the handles 9, 9 are attached diametrically opposed to each other by welding or using rivets and screws, as shown in FIG. In the above embodiment, a propane gas cylinder was used as an example of the thick-walled metal waste cylinder, but it goes without saying that various other metal cylinders or steel pipes may be used.

Effects of the invention According to the invention explained above, the pot was constructed by simply cutting a thick-walled metal waste cylinder into an annular shape and using the same shape as the body of the pot, so the raw material cost was reduced. Since it is extremely inexpensive and processing costs can be kept low, an inexpensive pot can be obtained. This pot is made from thick metal waste, so when used for boiling, it can provide delicious food. In addition, there are various types of thick-walled metal waste cylinders that reach a considerable number of cylinders each year in Japan, and these cylinders are not simply recycled as scrap, but are recycled as daily necessities by utilizing their shape. Therefore, it is not only possible to not only simply use waste materials but also to create an effective treatment method that increases added value. The material used for this type of cylinder is of high quality, and the unique texture of iron that has been produced over many years has been improved. is extremely suitable as a pot.
